ABOUT

Gina Barthélemy, Senior Advisor and specialized coach in management development and strategic planning, founded the Fides Management firm in order to satisfy the needs of organizations seeking strategies and methods to increase their global performance.

 

As a rigorous professional with more than twenty years of work experience, Gina Barthélemy has been working with some of the leading names in the financial and insurance industry, such as Banque Nationale de Paris/Promobank and the Société Financière Haïtienne de Développement (SOFIHDES).

 

Before founding Fides Management, she spent more than fifteen years in Québec, where she consolidated her skills in business development and customer service throughout her work with financial institutions, such as Mouvement Desjardins, Genworth Financial Canada, Banque Laurentienne, Banque Nationale du Canada and Banque Scotia. Those pillars in the Canadian economy benefitted from her leadership talents and her informed advices.

The numerous roles that she has endorsed have allowed her to acquire a global vision of challenges facing companies of all sizes. Prompted to advise directors of small and medium sized companies as well as professionals in medium and large sized companies, she has obtained solid coaching expertise that she then consolidated through training with Erickson Coaching International, a global reference in terms of formation in management coaching.

Gina Barthélemy stands out by her natural capacity to influence and to develop skills. Renowned for her interpersonal abilities, she knows how to adapt her style and approach depending on the situation and the client’s needs.

Holder of a Bachelor degree in administration and an advanced education in the MBA (Financial Services), she holds the title of Fellow Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), which represents the summum of competence titles and the highest honor in financial services in Canada. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.

Glasford International Canada is a society that specializes in the recruitment of middle and senior management. Founded in 1998, Glasford International is now working in more than thirty countries. Fides Management is currently in a partnership with Guy Larivière, CRHA, coach and senior partner of Glasford International Canada, who possesses a recognized expertise in numerous domains such as finance, sales, marketing, human resources, engineering and operations. They also provide organizational evaluation, coaching, career transition and reassignment services.

Founded in 2008, ECSIplus provides consulting services and seminars on recruitment methods, as well as in human resources management and corporate governance. ECSIplus is led by Ismaille Latry, who holds a post-graduate degree in administration from the recognized HEC institution in Montréal. She also worked as a project manager in the coordinating department of Office of Human Resources Management. This governing body of Haiti is now leading the reforms in the public sector. To this day, ECSIplus offered to more than 250 candidates a working position in their group.
